Ongoing Dream Circle
Second Monday of each month, from 6:30pm to 8:15pm.
$30 per session or $25/month for Dream Circle Community Membership.
This is an online/remote option to join the discussion on dreaming and dreamwork. Each month we cover a relevant topic for improved sleep and enhanced dreaming and have opportunities to share our dream world with one another in a safe environment created by all of the participants. Registration for our meeting is limited to 11 participants each month to facilitate a feeling of trust and small community.
Heart Matters Group Intensive
HEART MATTERS
A COMPREHENSIVE PROGRAM ENCOMPASSING ALL MATTERS OF THE HEART (PHYSICAL, MENTAL, EMOTIONAL, AND SPIRITUAL) THROUGH INTEGRATIVE CARDIAC REHABILITATION.
This is the perfect program to:
Integrate with traditional cardiac rehabilitation after a health event such as a heart attack
Manage high blood pressure, high cholesterol, inflammation, post-viral, and other heart-related conditions
Support and navigate emotional heartbreak and loss
Relieve anxiety and depression, and tap into inner joy
Gain an understanding of and tools for preventive heart health
Heart Matters GROUP INTENSIVES
Our next Group Intensive Begins in mid-May, 2024.
A comprehensive individual initial intake and wellness assessment, including laboratory testing (two basic cardiac panels are included in intensive pricing - one initial assessment and one end-point assessment) as indicated, and individualized goal setting appointment. Additional labs may incur additional fees, depending on the lab.
Three Additional scheduled 45 minute 1-on-1 sessions (in person or telehealth) with our Integrative Medicine Practitioner between the initial and endpoint individual appointments.
Six 90 Minute Heart Matters Group Workshops within the 3 Month Intensive (Revolution) - The schedule is posted prior to the Intensive start.
Address heart health on the physical level with in-depth workshops in nutrition, movement and breathwork, as well as on the emotional, mental and spiritual levels with developed personalized custom health plans including mindfulness, AcuPressure points, HeartMath, Qi Gong, and ongoing support for you.
A secure patient portal for planning, tracking, journaling access, telehealth and communicating with your provider
Learn and implement many self-care tools for optimizing heart health.
Access and training through additional related workshops and groups, such as HeartMath, mindfulness and meditations, our Dream Circle, and more as they become available
Helpful tools, tips, and tricks for navigating your unique path
A comprehensive end-point individual evaluation, including laboratory testing to re-check biomarkers.

Heart Matters Mini Intensive
Heart Matters Mini Intensive with Dr. Stephanie Lyon, your integrative medicine expert.
Join us while we explore heart health and healing on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels.
Stephanie will share evidence-based tools for heart health and healing including nutrition and movement, breathing techniques, journaling strategies, acupressure for self-care, qi gong, and herbal and essential oil suggestions (and more). This 2.5-hour workshop is appropriate for all levels of heart healing, whether in recovery and rehabilitation from a major heart event, such as heart attack, or diagnosis of heart disease, or recovery from emotional heart break or loss, or even if your goal is preventive heart health or desiring to dive more deeply into your own heart.
The 3-month Heart Matters Intensive Group Cohort begins middle of May. (Read more on the LyonHeart Wellness website) The fee of this mini- intensive ($65) can be applied to this upcoming Group Cohort if you choose to join, or if you commit to one of the individualized Heart Matters programs by May 1, 2024, then you will receive $150 off the total price of the 3 month program, or $250 off of the 6 month program.
